Welcome to Seven. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seven website (the "Site") and any related content, features, or services we make available. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Seven is a travel advisory service. We help clients plan and arrange travel through personalized consultation, and we connect clients with vendors and a third-party booking portal to complete reservations and payments.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us, and, where offered, sign up for communications from us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else.

3. Travel Advisory Services
Seven provides expert consultation and support in planning travel, including recommendations, itinerary guidance, and connections to preferred properties and partners. Actual bookings, reservations, and payments are completed through a separate, secure third-party booking portal, or directly with a SEVEN travel advisor.
Perks referenced on the Site or in communications from Seven — such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary upgrades, breakfast, or resort credits — are extended at the discretion of our partner properties and are not guaranteed by SEVEN. Availability of such perks may vary by property, dates, and circumstances outside our control.
Seven is not the operator of hotels, airlines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers referenced on the Site. We act as an advisor and intermediary; the ultimate provision of travel services is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier.
4. Booking Portal and Third-Party Services
If you choose to book through our third-party booking portal, that transaction — including payment processing — is governed by the booking portal's own terms of service and privacy policy, not by these Terms. We encourage you to review those terms before booking.
The Site may also link to other third-party websites (such as partner properties or travel resources) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Seven and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific travel outcome, perk, or availability will be achieved.
